Well... if you already know me, I haven't got anything to add, and if you don't, you probably won't be interested, so I'm only writing this out of egoism:

My name is Hilde, I am eigtheen years old, live in the Netherlands and spend most of my time as a student. I am a first year student of Languages and Cultures of Africa in Leiden, and as of February, also of Linguistics. I have two "jobs"; I give private lessons in English and several other languages to students at secondary school, and I earn a little as a columnist for the youth section of a newspaper. My interests lie with musical theater (being faithfully dedicated to "The Phantom of the Opera"); languages (I am one of those rare, unhealthy people who like grammar) and other cultures, mainly African; reading (children's classics from all countries being my favorite); and some other things I can't think of now.
I am a little crazy due to my genetic heritage, a little stupid due to my inferior intellectual powers and a little irritating due to my astonishing lack of social skills. But apart from that, I am quite harmless.
